As my post attempted to point out, it's possible that this gentleman is being brought in to "start" the next phase of the company's evolution. By using the phrase "up til now", wasn't to imply that things have changed, it was used to state my perception.

Larry, you seem to want to jump on anyone who posts opinions here. That's OK with me, I don't mind being corrected or directed. Do you own stock? Are you short? Or do you just like to make waves? I'd like to know where you are coming from so I can gauge your responses accordingly.

You say the SEC filings are a horror story. Maybe so, I will reserve judgement on that issue until I am better informed. The numerous patents the company has received point to some interesting possibilities.

I agree with you that it is very unlikely that anyone who owns this stock will get rich quickly. A company without revenues doesn't usually make investors rich quick, it's often a long hard process to move from research to production. Long processes don't "scare" me.
