You might want to consider Sun Microsystems a candidate for your K&G index, depending on how much you think Java and Jini might help the company sell its servers. I second that nomination! I think that Java is going to be the future de facto standard for programming languages once they get over MSFT and get all the language bugs out of it. As evidence, my school is going to be switching their first-level programming classes from C++ to Java. (Personally, I disagree with that decision, BWDIK).... Justin
