NAVR insiders have sold around 1.16 million shares over the last 3 months. As the 144s have been filed for a larger #, we are probably yet to see all the form 4s.

Before someone says that this is only a minor % of their holdings - the last proxy filing indicates that the insiders owned around 3.32 million shares. They can get another 2 million shares from preferred stock conversions, warrants and options (these 2 million shares are not included in the 23 million outstanding shares).

Taking advantage of this pre-NetRadio hype, the insiders have sold around 30% of their current common-stock holdings.

The float is currently around 21 million shares

I am very confident that a major part of their remaining holdings will be dumped just before / around the IPO (if it ever takes place).

Regards.
