Hey Verril; Great PR there. I know you have big plans and we know that you are barely capable of typing without releasing your CAPS LOCK,but keep us posted at least weekly of your company. Remember we are YOUR shareholders!

Dana,
Very interesting to see you here!
I appreciate your post, however I have a hard time
reading all caps. Not a problem if that's the best
for now. Much of what you have posted we know is
true. Don't know how we all found out about it but
SI is a very informed place.

Looks like more interesting things are still to come
with Massimo's. That's great to hear.

I know Matt & Kathy have visited you and they told me
quite a bit about it. As you also know I have some
contacts in Dallas and they have also told me much about
the operation.

I'm hopeing all goes well and MDMI continues to build
the business. Never does a business do everything they
want to do nor grow as quickly and smoothly as investors
would like. However, keep on plugging along and thanks
for your post!

If things come together as I'm planning, I will be visiting
sometime in the next two months. Dallas being a 'hub' for
many of the business I'm invested in. So I'll be busy
while I'm there. It's been several years since I've been
there. (I don't get out much anymore) :^)

Would like to meet you then and tour the facility.

Good luck and thanks again.

re: HEY STAGER THIS IS VERRILL.

YOU KNOW IT IS ALWAYS INTERESTING TO SIT BACK AND WATCH
SOMEONE WHO REPRESENTS THEMSELVES TO BE SO TUNED IN JUST GO
OFF THE DEEP END. FOR SOMEONE WHO HASN'T BOTHERED TO CALL
THE COMPANY IN SOME TIME YOU SEEM TO BE REALLY CONCERNED
THAT OTHERS CALL.

Dana,

You seem to have a very short memory. Not only have I called
and left numerous messages, I put you in touch with Fred
Wencel, VP and buyer for Restaurant Teams International, who
runs the Fresh'n'Lite and San Francisco Steakhouse chains in
Dallas and other Texas locations. I called you about a month
after I had spoken to Mohamed Damrah, your marketing guy,
with the same information. I had also left word with Mr.
Wencel that Mr. Damrah was going to be calling. He never
did.

I had to call twice to try and speak to you. You didn't
return my call. The second time I called (the MDMI number,
this is before I had yours) I had to yell at the idiot
Crawford Junior before he connected me to you.

I told you about Wencel and you set up an appointment to
meet with him the following Tuesday. You told me you'd let
me know how the meeting went. This was four weeks ago. You
never got back to me. Again I left you a message to call.
Nothing.

I spoke to Mr. Wencel the following Friday. Suffice it to
say he wasn't particularly pleased with the quality of your
samples.

YOU SEEM TO BE REALLY CONCERNED THAT OTHERS CALL. WELL
OTHERS HAVE. AND I HAVE TOLD THEM EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE TOLD
YOU REPEATEDLY..SO MAYBE IN THE FUTURE YOU CAN REFER TO THIS
PAGE TO REFRESH YOUR MEMORY AND WE WONT HAVE TO REVISIT THIS
AGAIN.

FIRST AS YOU KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS YOU CAN CALL 214
637-6881 OR 214 630-4430 AT OUR OFFICE IN ADDITION I GAVE
YOU MY PERSONAL # 214 532 8033 AND TOLD YOU TO FEEL FREE TO
CALL ANYTIME AND LEAVE A MESSAGE AND I WOULD CALL YOU BACK

As I mentioned earlier, you don't seem very interested in
returning your calls.

SECOND YOU COULD EMAIL US AT JCENTRALE@AOL.COM OR
BUYMDMI@AOL.COM OR VISIT OUR WEB SITES WWW.JAVA-CENTRALE.COM
OR WWW.BUYMDMI.COM.

I've sent email to the Java Centrale address. Again, no
response.

NEXT I EXPLAINED TO YOU THAT WE ENTERED INTO A AGREEMENT
WITH ANI IN WHICH THEY MADE CERTAIN REPRESENTATIONS TO US
AND THAT AS THE RELATIONSHIP EVOLVED WE MADE THE
DETERMINATION THAT WE COULD NOT GO FOREWARD (sic) WITH THE
AGREEMENT AS THE REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTRACT
CONSTANTLY CHANGED. CONSEQUENTLY WE TERMINATED THE
AGREEMENT.

NEXT HOOTERS,I DONT RECALL SENDING OUT A PRESS RELEASE ABOUT
HOOTERS HOWEVER WHEN YOU ASKED ABOUT IT I TOLD YOU THAT WE
HAD DETERMINED THAT THIS ACCOUNT WOULD NOT BE PROFITABLE FOR
US AND WE TERMINATED THE RELATIONSHIP.

Why is it you always seem to be terminating
relationships/agreements? You say it is because making
breads and pastries to your high standards requires
expensive ingredients and they don't want to pay the price.
Yet you were ready to provide Scobee with bread for
prepackaged plastic sealed sandwiches for what would have
been a lucrative contract had the deal panned out. We're not
talking gourmet, here. Unfortunately Scobee's deal fell
through, not your fault, and you're still selling them bagels.

I had a conversation a while back with (I believe the lady's
name was) Susan, from ANI, and she told me a different
story. She told me she was so angry so pissed off with
Crawford Junior, she wanted to hit him.

I WENT ON TO POINT OUT THAT WE HAVE A NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS
THAT WE HAVE HAD FOR YEARS AND THAT WE ARE CONSTANTLY
EXPLORING OPPORTUNTIES WITH NEW ACCOUNTS AND I GAVE YOU
SEVERAL EXAMPLES.

I know you have a steady roster of current customers, and
the company is busy and making a profit. Maybe the Hoffbrau
deal will work out and you won't have a reason for
"terminating the relationship".

REGARDING FIN. PR ONCE AGAIN YOU AND I HAVE TALKED
EXTENSIVELY ABOUT THIS ISSUE..I EXPLAINED THAT WE HAVE TRIED
A # OF PR FIRMS AND THAT THE COST IN MOST CASES WAS BEYOND
THE SCOPE OF THE CURRENT BUSINESS..5-10K PER MONTH. I THEN
TOLD YOU THAT WE ARE AWARE OF THE NEED FOR FIN PR AND WHEN
THE FIN INFO THAT A PR FIRM WOULD NEED AS INFO WAS AVAILABLE
WE WOULD MOVE FOREWARD (sic) WITH ONE.

Yes, and you've been making the same lame excuses for
MONTHS. The stock is at TWO CENTS. If it went up a penny,
the PR expense will have been more than worth it. You could
even hire a secretary who can type.

LAST THE FIN..I DONT BELIEVE THAT MANY "REPORTING" HAVE
REPORTED THEIR ANNUAL 1998 REPORTS YET, WHAT I TOLD YOU WAS
MDMI HAS NEVER BEEN A REPORTING COMPANY..HOWEVER OUR GOAL IS
TO BECOME REPORTING THIS YEAR. THAT WOULD INCLUDE 1998 INFO,
I ALSO TOLD THAT WE HAD OUR HANDS FULL BUT THAT REPORTING IS
A PRIORITY AND WE ARE IN FACT WORKING ON FINANCIALS
EVERYDAY..LIKE YOURSELF I HAVE A SUBSTANTIAL VESTED INTEREST
IN MDMI AND WANT THE BEST FOR THE COMPANY AND I HAVE TOLD
YOU THAT I APPRECIATE YOUR INPUT HOWEVER,TO TAKE THE
POSITION THAT THE MANAGEMENT IS "LAZY" ETC.ETC. IS JUST
PLAIN BULL.

You, personally, told me in May of 1998 that you would have
all your financial statements ready in "a couple of months".
It's been much longer than that, Dana. You don't seem to
have your hands full. In fact, it seems you're almost never
there. And what's become of Crawford Shaw?

WE HAVE HAD SHAREHOLDERS PAY OUT OF THEIR OWN POCKETS TO
COME TO DALLAS TO SEE OUR OPERATIONS IN FACT I SAW WHERE ONE
COMMENTED ABOUT HER TRIP ON SI NOW IF SHE WERE TO SAY THAT
THE COMPANY DIDN'T EXIST NOBODY WAS THERE WORKING YOU SOULD
BE CONCERNED BUT SHE DIDNT SAY THAT AND THAT IS NOT THE FACT
WE-ALL OF US -ARE WORKING HARD TO BUILD THIS COMPANY.

I've never said Massimo's didn't exist. I wouldn't have
invested $12,400 on a non-existent company.

SOMETHING I WOULD INVITE YOU TO COME DOWN TO SEE FOR
YOURSELF..IT ISN'T ALWAYS PRETTY BUT IT IS ALWAYS
INTERESTING TO BUILD A BUSINESS.

IF YOU HAVE EVER BEEN INVOLVED YOU KNOW THAT IT IS NOT
SOMETHING THAT IS EVER COMPLETE BUT ALWAYS EVOLVING..IT IS
ALWAYS EASY TO BE A BACK SEAT DRIVER OR ARMCHAIR QB BUT IT
TAKES A LITTLE MORE TO BE A PART OF THE TEAM.

DANA

I don't think, as an investor with a substantial interest in
Massimo's, you can fairly say I'm in the back seat. I take a
serious interest in the goings on there and I think there
could be a lot more happening in terms of aggressive and
intelligent pursuit of business. The fact that the stock is
at two cents is clear evidence of that.
