I come the "the market immediately discounts all information" school of thought... at least in a micro sense. Q1, 2001 Q2, 2002 Q3...? By time we "the little people" find out, the effect on the stock is all but done. Moving averages, RSI, Momentum, Volume, Bollinger Bands, ... that's me. That goes for potato chips and silicon chips.
