Last week the company put out a press release announcing that they were changing both the name of the company (from Minas Novas Gold Corp.) and the stock symbol (from MNGD), effective March 1. I assumed that the change reflected a reverse merger of Cool Entertainment into the shell of MNGD and did a minor amount of due diligence. As you probably have noticed, there is not a lot of information out there on CULE. However, there have been a number of companies that have had nice runs in recent months after the completion of such mergers. Interest in this company picked up today and I bought some shares. A lot of these name and symbol changes are played out on Wayne Rumball's thread (one of the more interesting and intelligent threads on SI, IMHO) located at:

Subject 26168

I would suggest that you do some lurking on that thread. I would also suggest not investing too heavily in this stock. It is very speculative and there appear to be a large number of shares outstanding. It is going to take them a long time to execute their business plan; the web site will not be up until June. I have a relatively small position and do not anticipate holding it for long. There are always a lot of good opportunities out there.
