GH - BB - I think there are a lot of details that are very technical and subject to the interpretation of the various contracts. We only see the pieces in general terms as released to the media- GH - You are absolutely correct - Weatherford may have declared the pipe OK without proper inspection - who knows - we did not write up the contract - Like I said I hope they leave it to the lawyers and just do their thing. I guess my bottom line point is that there is alot more payoff to gettinga producing well up and running than to a payout from a lawsuit gnight
