Realist:

It is possible that a major would bid for part of a company like
MDIN, but in my experience, that has occurred rarely. All of the
take-overs in the junior sector that I can recall involved the
entire company. The question of valuation of Mdin will certainly
rest on a number of factors, with drill results being the number
one. If we get that 100 mill tons at 3 grams/ton, with a
large part of that in high grade zones, so that the cost to mine is
low, it is very easy to see this stock at $3-5, WITHOUT any
short squeeze, and without any bid from a major. It would
be very hard for me to imagine a great discovery by a junior
ignored by the majors. Let's keep in mind that there are a number
of majors that are based outside of N America, and any one of them
could jump in, in addition to the usual N American culprits.

Regards

Dan
