today i voiced my views to howard davidoff who is a 14% holder of common and is on the board. i basically told him that the company has an obligation to share the information with shareholders as to what is the audit delay and to bring us up to speed on the business. i went on to say that the company needs to communicate anything that is material........not filing on a timely basis with the s.e.c. is material. please, please, please.............everyone call the company and speak with either norma gold or gerald stewart and let them know that we, the shareholders own this company and deserve to know what is going on. i will make it easy as the tel # is 203-876-1800. just do it..........dial now and lets shake things up.
