AND the pump and dump starts again....

Between Auricman and rharris, EUTO news was posted to 12 different threads to suck in some other poor gullible suckers.

If any potential investor reads this, just ask one question...why would an owner of a supposedly successful club in NYC, (which just recently was terminating the sale of 25% to EUTO because they wanted unrestricted shares), sell 100% of the club to a failing, $.01 company, with no real financial assets, except the additional shares they keep printing up.

Look for a personal connection between the management at EUTO and the owners of IVY. Something is not kosher with this deal.

BTW, I live in NYC, and believe me, the world is not talking about the IVY club here.

Potential investors...be very careful. The last news release stating the purchase of 25% of IVY did not raise the stock price, probably because the company was selling shares into the runup.

All: Here's the link to the Press Release:

biz.yahoo.com

It won't surprise me to see the price blip up tomorrow. The pot has been sweetened since the previous press release. As well as the IVY night club, the latest press release incorporates internet commerce, as given in this condensed excerpt from the press release:

Ivy Entertainment.Com will operate two business activities. One is the newest night club in New York, the Ivy New York, and the other an innovative interactive entertainment company operating on the Internet. ... The interactive aspect of Ivy Entertainment.Com is a new departure in Internet activity being the first virtual shopping mall that will allow people around the world to visit the club online via streaming video...

I don't know whether the attempt will be successful. Will online visitors will be willing to pay a fee to see streaming video?

However, the internet-commerce angle may attract the attention of investors that speculate in new internet companies, in hopes of catching the next AOL or ebay.com. If so, the price could blip up tomorrow. And perhaps after that, the price may slide again (?).

(Just for grins, you might check my post #9957 on this thread. Let's see how this plays out. I currently hold no EUTO stock, having sold at a loss.)
