stiltz, you are mistaken. You have not provided any facts to this thread. Perhaps you need to look up the word 'fact' in the dictionary.

Perhaps it has not occurred to you that one of the main reasons to short a stock is that there is no substance backing it. Exposing the "news", "no news today but will have some tomorrow", "facts I heard from someone who knows more than you", "train leaving…". "…to the moon". etc. bunch of BS and then labeling the stock as a POS, dog, pig, … seems reasonable to me. I guess we could call it a product-of-digestion, aromatically challenged equity, but I use Columbus style typing…(find it & land on it) so three lettered words will have to suffice. I have seen everyone ask the person who is promoting a stock to list the reasons for their opinion (100% facts that are verifiable). If this is done convincingly, you will easily see people on this thread change. I have yet to see this from any promoter. Feel free to be the first.

Mr. stiltz.

Facts are:

The share count of NAVR increased by 10 Mil. between two 10-Q filings - per the respecting entries "Outstanding shares per <date>."

I always have been careful enough and did not shop around "Heavy insider selling - SELL... " and such other things (on the short side). I only drew my own conclusions on market behaviour and returned to the navr thread ONLY then, when the fact about the share count has been made official and still misleading facts about the No. of outstanding NAVR shares have been posted.

Again. Can you provide any FACTS why the stock price of NAVR "could soar to the 30ies." Can you provide your present assessment of NAVR company value - after an S-1 reg. Netradio has been filed.

Can you do it?

Best regards,

C.
