Hello ED!...That falls exactly into how I believed the situation to be-that the turn key contract (per se)was to have the well DRILLED to TD by the DRILLING CONTRACTOR.This may or may not have included casing it...However,after that point,I'd think that other contracts and contractors would become involved,which is common practice as you pointed out..some perhaps sub contracted by Berkley....er,er,errr Baytech!!!<ggg> etal,to others..
