There is numerous requirements, full financial reporting and other requirements such as revenues, market cap and stock price. EDUV would need to become full reporting and require a stock price of $4. The Nasdaq just over hauled all their listing requirements and these are being phased in. I don't have a link but you can find more details on the Nasdaq web site Ron
