Thanks IBMikey! But I think we should talk to the Enviro Leadership. The state will just get annoyed if I inquire about the site. (many have before) The issue is whether the well can become operational. Is it a legal matter or a business matter. (I here it may be the latter problem with adjacent property owners) If it is a business matter with adjacent wells that can be solved, as long as someone is working on it. Maybe the Enviro people need help in finding a way out, I would like to help them. Some things we could do. 1. Need money to buy out adjacent owners, (secondary offering, or loan) 2. Owners won't sell. (give them some stock to help get us in state compliance) 3. No Leadership - No problem we will put KZAP in charge. These are just my thoughts, I'm just trying to see if these restricted shares will ever trade. Have a good day, off to work iknowlarry
