My 'puter's there already - I can't get into the press releases to verify whether they said the suit "has" been or "will" be filed.
If it has, then it shouldn't be difficult to find out what's in it.

I agree with your disagree - Hows dat!!!! you point that it will help them drill this well again makes them stronger and more valuable companies than if they had to ante up again.

Of course you had berkley drilling this one - LOL - I get em mixed up the odd time. Just make sure you dont go buy ADA if KOB and SOB are activatin - LOL.
