C'mon Rich, what a joke. The fact that one can find any posts critical of management by shareholders is indicative of shareholder discontent. Just look at the posts on this thread. The post I cited (posted about a month after Mr.Wright left IWRK) made a point of criticizing both current AND previous management. You wouldn't suppose that criticism of previous management referred to Mr. Wright, would you?

I saw the posts suggesting that the reason shareholders voted against the terms of the merger was because they thought the valuation of Showscan was too rich. Now who do you suppose was responsible for negotiating a deal that was so bad that even the shareholders wouldn't vote for it? Couldn't have been the CEO, could it?

You call me a liar for suggesting that shareholders of IWERK were less than enamored of the company management? How much more evidence do you need, they voted down management's proposal to merge the company? The man at the top left (canned?) in the midst of a tanking stock price.

I would suggest, Rich, that your story is the work of fiction. Although I agree we have beaten this horse to death. I'm perfectly willing to drop the issue.
