Don't forget that the price of the P DEPENDS on the price of the common. Upon conversion, you will be holding the common, not the preferred. . .so the price of the common is MORE important than the price of the preferred, in a way of thinking. Also, the market capitalization of the company must reach a certain figure for RE-LISTING on the Nasdaq. And that is why I am here. I want to see just ONE stock come out of the BBs and back to the Nasdaq. . .and stay there. . .with my own eyes. . .just once in my life. I would say that if you are buying the P, you really need to buy the common stock PLCO, in order to support your position. Rande Is
