8K writing is on the wall! BUYOUT!
The purpose of an 8K is to disclose material events happening before/after regular 10Q/10K releases. The revisions made to the shareholders rights plan and the BOD changes make this VERY VERY INTERESTING. OMKT would not arbitrarily make these changes and/or 8K filings.

Something is definitely up!

Now, all we need is for an ANALyst to downgrade the stock and a buyout will be announced after the close today! (ala LEVL....boy, if I were a LEVL shareholder who sold on the ANALyst downgrade yesterday, I would've been PISSED. If you missed it, LEVL was downgraded during the day, went down $5 to $25 something, and then announced after the bell that INTC was buying them for $2.2B (or about $47/share. Wouldn't that piss you off.)
