Your DD is not complete. It's a tough process based on the complexity of the patents and the business plan. The business plan calls for 7 potential revenue streams, all having PMs of 30-40% ala Msft. This is a ten year RD company, moving into the business phase(that is why you do not see earnings) It's intellectual property rights alone are worth perhaps a BILLION dollars when you consider the overall potential of the company. If there is another Msft out there ready to blossom from the inception, this is the one. I left this here originally as precursor to good news. This company IS NOT a daytrade, although it probably has made many people a bundle. When the PR begins, it will be easier to define the company from a DD standpoint. Intel is two years behind on it's POSSIBILITIES of building similar "hardware. Wave has 'sword" patents, especially rather "broad one's pertaining to the unchartered waters of "datacasting'. The Embassy(Trustedclient) could very well be in a set-top in the near future, ready for you to purchase a major pay-per view event. To think of the broad potential, think of Inel's slogan, a BILLION connected PCs. Eventually you will see Intel/wavx coming to a theatre in your home town. This STOCK is a HOLD. It's MC one day could be 300 BILLION. That's what 1000* it's present day valuation? Yes wavx could fail, this is a paradigm shift involving risk. Changing commerce is no GUARANTEE. So far, however, evidence suggests wavx is going to get there.
Good luck
GM

In researching WAVX, due diligence requires early visits to:

wave.com

and

hpconnect.com

But for an instructive, if elementary, lay person's supplement, one might also try:

members.tripod.com

Best wishes.
