Seems like Intuit must have lost some of its' juice with Excite after dumping its shares, and that Excite, at least preliminarily, decided it wants EBILL services on the front page, not in the Quicken "inside section". So, this suit is as much of pissing match between Excite and Intuit as it is between Intuit and CKFR.
