Thanks Christian,
After reading the 10Q for NAVR, I calculate that there are still an additional 5+MM shares still to be converted from the warrants and the preferred. ($20MM raise / 2.625 = 7.6MM shares from preferred + same amount of warrants = 15.2MM shares. Only 10MM appear to have been converted). Still looks bleak for NAVR.
