Vic, Solid field support should be a critical issue for a small company with rapidly increasing sales of somewhat expensive instruments (its not a $40 multimeter but it ain't a $40,000 spectrometer either). Could they farm out the support services to a national service firm? What about tech reps? Who'll handle e-commerce? I love the low overhead with six employees but it would seem like change is coming...but looks like the increased revenues will easily support it...Send your resumes to.... Bob
