Ram, re Philips is robbing everyone cheap! IMHO, you can't be farther from the truth. It is Stein who has robbed everyone. The market has priced this company based on its past and projected future performance. At $10, the market recognized that Stein didn't give a sh*t about the shareholders. Phillips may be getting a steal, but they aren't robbing anyone. Stein is going to get canned, which is what he deserves. The fact that he is going to make out like a bandit financially only shows how the shareholders have been screwed. Jay
