One more fact about the Ivy deal to worry about is that
restaurants and night clubs are one of the top ten bankruptcy
businesses around. They don't own the building, just the decorations.
This is not much of an asset. The only real asset is customers.
This is not to say they won't be successful, but trends come and go.

I have watched the spread open up this morning sooooo wide. .012/.016 wow
