TNFI tanked $5+ to $ 11+ in early trading. What a disaster!

Does anybody know anything further about these "accounting issues" or if the company had a conference call with analysts to explain what is going on? I saw on Bloomberg that the MSDW analyst following the stock, who downgraded from Buy to Outperform just prior to the deal being announced, further downgraded the stock to a neutral after the news of the accounting issues hit. The Street HATES accounting problems especially when the company is slow to provide information as to the nature and potential impact. If the uncertainty is not lifted from this stock quickly, I am afraid that it might drift back down to its low in the $9 range as investor fear the worst and sell.
