I just bailed on the remained of my position at 18 1/2. Despite a $17 offer from Phillips, the market expects a higher price. Still, analysts think the max is $22. Figure it comes through at $20, I'll leave the $1.50 I left on the table to arbs. It will take a while to close.

Volume so far appears to be back to its normal low levels.... I agree with you. ain't nobody going to tender at 17 when they can get 18 or better on the market....
