DYW--re FLC--All it means is that FLC should not now take out its low. In EW parlance, I think this is Wave 1 and have no idea how far it alone will travel. But Wave 1's are often retraced at least 50% because of all the skeptics around, after which a larger Wave 3 to the upside then gets going. ---ps. Slider, couldn't you have pushed VTS up more than 25c with your buying this am? (g)

DYW--I looked at the FLC chart again and I take back what i said re no new lows. My current reading is that it has to exceed 7.50 to be 'safe' not 6.50. So, a new low is still possible---same with PDE btw as PDE must get above 7 to be 'safe'. Both of these stocks can keep rising in here of course so the jury is still out
