Brian,
Re your 2151, I think a lawyer specializing in class action suits should be contacted no matter what takes place in the future in the stock. Now, please understand, I am not advocating doing anything that would harm MRPS in any way. To the contrary, I want to help the company. If a PR firm has done (or is doing) anything that would be even close to illegal in stock dealing, that conduct should be cleaned up immediately. We don't need any underlying questions surrounding this firm. I think it has a great future potentially. We should assure ourselves, if we are long-term investors, of the long-term viability of this enterprise. Does this sound reasonable?
Vic

Brian,

Good point, Im involved with three law firms at present, on my Mom's estate, make that four firms, and I have found that the schedule and agenda is almost always controlled by them (be a co-executor has been a real eye opener over the last FOUR years)...Sigh....I should have listened to my parents and gone to law school....

I would think that a sharp law firm (the companys or other) would be highly interested in this type of action...could be big bucks and a reputation maker, I would think.

Any thoughts? (And do you bill on six minute increments?!
