New speculative swing trade strategy for the HOME thread. . . . .

Timing plays. . .

Hot micro-cap stocks [high-tech/internet, etc.] that are decent companies . . buying the weakness and selling the news. . .2 to 4 week time frames. . .just keep buying and selling and buying and selling.

These can be considered SAMs when we buy. . .but the difference between these and other swing trades is that there is no specific event that we are waiting on. . .just any old news that moves the stock and we are sellers.

Notice the current pct gainers list includes LEVL, NTFY, SEVL, SYBR and DMIC. These five were all cheap yesterday. And on news they get played. . . they have all jumped a number of times. . .and they tend to get a decent share of news.

Now there are other similar "hot" high-techs that have seen substantial gains when they get some news . . .they fall into the same catagory. . but what is important is that they jump on news and are hot stocks. . . . of course, those with the lowest floats will move the fastest as they will generally have the highest volatility.

When the stock stops reacting on news, we simply replace it with another.

With all the speculation going on, this strategy takes direct advantage of speculation, without the speculative risk associated with chasing. Buy them at their lows and sell the news EVERY time it comes out [+30 to +70 pct.]. . .then buy it up again at the lows for the next ride several weeks later.

Don't underestimate this strategy. There is money to be made by the huge influx of speculative traders . . .and this is one of the easiest ways to do so.
