Here is a scenario of the strange game from big analyst.

When he got on the squawk box at his New York office and stunned the firm's sale forces with an unexpected bit of news. He was downgrading CPU from "buy" to "hold". His legions of salesmen immediately begin phoning the big institutional shareholders-mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, and the like. What happens to CPU stock price? It drops like rock. Is anything wrong with analyst? No. The only thing is wrong with the "securities system".
A former Wall Street research director said, "If you were from Mars and you saw this system, you'd say it was wacko."

Best wishes

James

Hi, Michael:
Halpin should resign, Halpin is a lying P.O.S.
But the only way a shareholder can fire , Halpin the scum bag liar.
Is by selling all one's shares.

When do the shareholder lawsuits start. The entire conference call
held 30 days ago, was one big lie. Halpin said CPU was doing fine.
CPU was expecting to meet or exceed 17 cents a share in earnings.

Now current management is totally discredited on Wall Street.

I am in favor of shareholder lawsuits against management.
The entire conference was a lie, Halpin committed FRAUD.

sure is a nice day
(regards of the Bastard Halpin)
