Look at the dates that they filed all the required reports for 1998 and 1997, they were all filed in January 1999. That is very late, and they did not file all the appropriate NT's to tell the SEC why those filings were delinquent.

The shell is far from clean, it is tainted by the past holders, some of whom still hold stock (over 1 million post split shares) at costs (post-split) of between .01 and $4.00 per share.
