In two weeks, the 13's will seem like a bargain; smart money is accumulating now: that is , money that has a range of longer than three days.

when should we expect the details of IPO terms (#shrs. price range ect.)
This is when the people who can move the price of NAVR will do the math and start the real accumulation & price appreciation.
Their should be an initial pop when the details are released, then it is up from there

Agreed...Let's look at the S-1 because it's jam full of stuff.

...What are we looking for? Any fool can buy NAVR. How much should we seek at the Sell point several days BEFORE IPO? That momentary spike UP and immediate dropoff. For sure, we'll see it when it's gone by. It's a 5-bagger based on recent history, if you're good.

...How do we play Baby NERD? Recent IPO says just hang loose for a couple days AFTER IPO and expect a 3-bagger at least once.

...IMHO it's sort of a waste of time to get wrapped around the day-to-day volatility. The Big Events are coming later. The Big Guys I follow don't even have their heads in the game yet...they're too busy counting money!!

...I'm sorting out Common Stock chatter in the S-1 and it is VERY INTERESTING. Help me out with the analysis. I'll throw some stuff on the table soon.

Good Luck!

Kat

Assume 2 mil out of 10 mil shares of NETR at 15 which shoots upto 50.

NAVR adds 8 mil* 50 = $400 mil to the assett value.

How does that affect the Stock value ?? ANYONE......
