Ah, boy--

Financials, finally. BAAT lost a penny a share, is anybody surprised? Not earth shattering, but I am glad they got them out.

Shareholders meeting: Dreadful! Not only are we now subject to 25% more dilution of the stock by the ceiling being raised to 100,000,000 (why did people vote for that, may I ask?), but we discover that the Otay Mesa plant for building Rhinos actually belongs 80% to SSPC. At no time was the transfer of this asset from BAAT to SSPC approved by shareholders!

I ask, whose money paid for and built that facility? If it wasn't Southern State's, I want it back!

I have a bad feeling about this....
