Letter of Intent to franchise its turnkey Internet Gaming System to
Jackpot Entertainment Magazine Inc.
Go Call Inc. will receive a $100,000 franchise fee and an
on-going royalty fee on overall wagers and transactions processed by
the franchisee. Also, Go Call Inc. is in the process of entering into
similar franchise agreements for additional turnkey Internet Gaming
Systems with celebrities and other organizations.
Jackpot Entertainment Magazine Inc. is a distinguished trade
magazine for the casino gaming industry. The magazine is distributed
to casino players, employees, executives, and vendors throughout the
United States. The new franchisee will be supplied with the latest
technology, including state-of-the-art interactive multimedia
software, graphics, and animation. There are 17 internationally
appealing casino games and reliable technical support 24 hours a day.
Go Cash, a wholly owned subsidiary of Go Call Inc., will accept,
process and manage all wagers through a sophisticated and secure
on-line transaction system, which allows players to use credit cards
to pay for their transactions. Players may also deposit funds by bank
wire or forward money orders and certified checks.

Any ideas as to what GOCA will do next week ?

On another note, don't see how announcements every week will keep the shorter's away when the news does not have any meat.

I do like the monthly revenue announcements however, very positive increasing numbers.
