CHARLES PAYNE ANNOUNCES THE AFTERNOON REPORT AS FOLLOWS:

Now that everyone is generally relieved that Greenspan won't tighten, the market is able to exhale. Of course, being the worry warts, we'll return the focus of concern back to corporate earning. In addition, there is always a chance that the Chinese will devalue the Yuan or Brazil will stumble again. We don't mind the cautious atmosphere, it creates great trading opportunities. So, the gyrations will continue, but at least for now the bias has shifted to the upside. We still believe the techs are the key, particularly the semis. Those stocks rebound at the open every day, but give back the gains into the close. A broad based breakout I that group can make up for the leadership void of the box makers.

FOLLOW_UP

BLLS, we met the CEO last week, he was in town meeting several investment bankers. The company announced their business alliance with CKFR yesterday. Unfortunately, CKFR was under a ton of pressure, so the news didn't spark a response. Nevertheless, it is good news and we think other major announcements are on the horizon. In the meantime, the stock needs a spark, but once it gets going, a break of 8 1/2 could take it to the mid teens. We're still serving as consultant to the Company.
