The management keeps issuing new stock. This is how they have continued to stay in business. The shareholders keep authorizing it because to do otherwise at this point would be suicide. Sort of like clinging to anything as the ship sinks. It would take a 1 for 100 reverse to have anything resembling a normal float. This would still not bring any revenue in and the price would drop back to it's pre split levels in a short time. The only benefit being, the day traders and MM would make some more money on the way down. Might be a preferable option then the one we now have. At least the present shareholders (myself included for a small amount) could capitalize on this action. As it is, movements of .001 cent won't allow it for us.
