Eric: I wasn't going to post on this thread anymore but I had to respond to your message. You sure dig up some interesting information. What if a person is only holding partial shares in certificate form , has sold off some for a tax loss last December, and no longer has the original envelope. Approx. what could a person get back through your proposed action. Finally, this may be a way to stop this bulls*it, once and for all. Good to see that you are back!
