You could expect either an internal development or ACQUISITION in this space IN THE TIME TO COME"....said Bill O'Shea, President of Lucent. Sounds like their NEXT ACQUISTION will be a FRAME RELAY company. SHVA is the perfect candidate. I think this is why the stock is moving up.
