SEVL NEWS From 'The Street" 7thStreet.com (SEVL:Nasdaq), a tiny Internet content provider, is about to announce a pact with America Online (AOL:NYSE), in which 7thStreet's Tutorials.com will become an "anchor tenant" in AOL's Computing and Workplace Channels, the column says. An unidentified New York money manager, who owns 5% of the company's shares, says: "We see 7th-Street as one of the best undervalued investments on the Internet" and "could triple in 12 months."
