Speaking of suing. Somebody ought to sue the BOD and Stein over this baloney: mercurycenter.com "Whoever buys VLSI, CEO Stein will benefit. His July and August compensation packages include gifts like a guaranteed $700,000-a-year salary for five years, a $1.2 million special retirement fee and a lump-sum payment of at least $2.8 million in the event VLSI is purchased, according to copies of his employment agreement filed with the SEC. VLSI and Stein, through the company's specially hired merger...."
