Greetings everyone. Just a couple of points, for most of the day the bid size has been smaller then the ask size base on my transaction log from “MyTrack” and with the being the case I personally believe the SYBR has held up remarkably well in consideration of that. Also up to this point there has been 726 trades on volume of 943,800 with the average trade being 1,300 shares. This could be construed to mean there are a lot of sellers out there and as they disappear and replace with more buyers, we could well see a very strong upturn in the stock price. When this will happen is anybodys guess, but I would have to think that it will. Even the technicals are poised for sending buy signals. Just my opinions though.

Regards,

Bill Fortune III

A newbie here - been doing my DD on this one. Looks like it does have potential for a nice rise. I've noticed the turn around since ¼ ending 12/97. It would seem logical that if they've shown an increase over the past 3 ¼'s that they would do the same around a high retail time such as the last ¼ 1998.

My one concern is that I noticed the 97 annual report was late (filed for late extension). Is this because of the lousy report? It always concerns me when an annual has filed late in the past. Especially when the stock price the way it is now seems to depend upon it. The 1996 report was also filed in April (no late filing docs)

I also noticed the netcigar site says 30 days away from opening, last page update was 03/02. Are they doing this so that they can correspond with report release? Cigars have seen to phase out a little over the past year. Will this really make a difference in the price.

Looking to buy in Monday, not a shorter, but honestly not looking for the long haul either. Saw the big pop on 2/23 or so, but also noticed a decline thereafter?

Any input would be appreciated...
