I see no reason at all to believe NAVR will not perform as well

One word: management.

David,

got in on DBCC at 14 5/8 and out at 26 3/8. Pulled the trigger early here. One thing though, after I bought(S-1 Filing), the price dropped back to 8 5/8 and then when the details came out, it surged to high teens and then up from there.

got in on MALL at 23 1/8 and cashed out at 44. A little late to this party, but still made a bundle.

There is no reason that NAVR should not do as well!!

Regards

David, I was in DBCC at 17 1/2, out at 36 even. I waited to buy that one until the week leading up to IPO, I think I held for about 5 or 6 trading days. I am early to the NAVR party, I am long here now for 3 weeks, my plan was to sell the S1 pop which I miscalculated as being higher than it turned out. No worries though, as leading up to IPO NAVR will attract MOMO money and I will get my target IMO. I spoke with an Everen broker yesterday for info on the IPO and he told me it's not going to be coming up until late April/May, he has no info yet. Asked him what I need to do to get shares and he told me it depends on how oversubscribed/undersubscribed it will be. Basically too early for any info.

David - I got in DBCC (by accident actually to write covered calls) at 7 3/4 and added at 13 and 15. Got out a little at 26 and the rest at 32 36 and 38. I think NAVR is where DBCC was in mid December. Even if I were a shorter I would not short NAVR here in the low 13s. It could go lower but probably not much. If I were short I wouldn't cover yet, though - I'd probably hope for low 12s (depending on where I went short). As a long with an avg at 15 1/4 I would want to buy more but won't b/c I've used up my play money already. I'm a little concerned about the float being larger now (according to your thread on backdoors) but when the IPO gets closer this will, IMO, run up to the 30s easily. Regards Neal

David,

In DBCC @ 12 and out @ 32.
In MALL @ 18 and out @ 44.

Shorted NAVR @ 17 this week, covered today @ 13. Still own shares long.

NAVR is likely to trade in a narrow range for a while. After the S1 filing it can take up to 60 days until the IPO hits market. By the market action over the past couple days traders are betting the price will go lower in the near term. Good buying opportunity, IMO.

As time goes on the nearer we are to the IPO, so time is on our side.
