P, when the PP was finally announced, Gordon was quoted on several different occasions saying that it had been filed. Nobody could find it. Gordon was asked again; he said it had been filed. Significant time passed (days to weeks). Then a statement came from the company saying that the company was not required to file the terms of the PP, and the terms would remain private. If you put a private placement in the same category as "going to the bathroom," one of us--either you or me--does not understand what this game is all about. Regards, Suzanne
