RDIM Relevant Information - How the company becomes operational: Once RDI Marketing acquires it's first private wholesale buying club the company will have actual revenues and therefore be operational. Private wholesale buying clubs are for the most part catalogue stores. The UCC representative who called me a few days ago is part of the telemarketing arm of such a club. She told me that UCC was able to offer discounts as high as 60% off retail pricing by selling directly from manufacturers and distributors. I'm going to try and get over there next weekend to check out their operations. UCC, and RDI Marketing once it makes that first acquisition, derive a great deal of revenue from up front membership fees and yearly dues. In return the member becomes part of a wholesale buying club collective that is given the same kind of discounts that large stores receive because they buy so much directly from these manufacturers and distributors. Each and every buying club that is acquired by RDI Marketing will increase the company's revenues and potential for actual profits.
