There is a key difference between the Starr Report and the Senate Y2K report, and that is that the nation absolutely needs to hear more about Y2K. It is an uncategorically good thing that Y2K dominated the news at the beginning of this week, even if the Senators managed caused a bit of panic with their Sunday morning news show appearances.
