When I said upscale I meant it is a nice location, and not a $100 a month shed.

it ain't upscale...it's you're run of the mill industrial park, a bottling plant nearby, several warehouses, a Northern Telecom service center, a large equipment manufacturing company across the street and zillions of small business' in the area..."my" definition of an "upscale" business park are the ones filled with insurance companies, computer chip manufacturers, corporate headquarters and a Hyatt, Sheraton or that other hotel Garfield stays at, mixed in for flavor...
