The priorities are:
(1) Negotiate with a buyer.
(2) Change management.

I foresee that one of those things will happen very soon. This stock is just too cheap for a company with a good brand name and large amount of cash. Its net operation is also booming. The quickest way to realize the value is to spin off CompUSA.com, then sell other assets. We will get at least $10/share if this happens.
