Scott, I'm not going to go there. I'll just wait and see if they live up to all that they've promised.

>>ANY ERNS GUESSES OUT THERE? <<

Scott,

I posted this on the bull but no one responded so maybe its just WFOT (remember jerkyboard?).

I expect a loss of .17 per share BEFORE any increases in SG&A from the new offices, seminars etc. ( I really have no idea how large these costs might have been so I won't even guess.)

I think revs will be about 30 million.

12 million from Uniprecision (this is a lowball I hope, but they have done over 13 million only once that I can see so even with the big US West contract thay may not have capacity for much more. I think the margins will be about 14% which is below the average and assumes they dropped some higher margin stuff to make room for US WEST. They averaged 17% margins in this division last year.) I have heard that they also started shipping on the $96 million contract. My guess is that this and the US West contract are 99% of Uniprecision's revs.
This will cut last Qs losses by about $600,000

4.8 million from Transmission cutting $450,000 from last Q's losses.

5 million from Net+Arm shaving another $640,000.

8.2 million from Network Access cutting losses by another $400,000.

This represents small increases in all of the divisions (except the large one at Uni).

We know there have been some addition expenses.
