Suzzane, actually the proper filing to inform shareholders of an action that would materially effect them as shareholders would have been an 8K.But, as I stated a while back, management covered themselves in this respect, in a previous filing..stating they felt they weren't required to inform shareholders of a financing deal(nice loop hole, they were probably "guided by the advice of securities counsel." )<vbg>..DD
PS: this fantastic rate of dilution was easily predictable,IMO..have a good weekend...I actually thought the late day hype here on the thread might bring in a few buyers,but it wasn't to be..
PS: there certainly was no "Orgy of righteousness" when it cums to disclosure..
