Ticker,
Could you please expound on why you believe this to be true. I want to believe you but there has not been confirmation that even Valence has taken this step.
Or are you just trying to set Larry off? It's fun to see him react,. I keep thinking that Fred slips some things in just to provoke him...it's so easy!
Thanks.

Ticker: LOL!! Okay, sumbody claims that sum company is restricting employee's fer fear that violations may be in the offing.

Let's get real here. You and I both know that if'n there was ANYTHING about to transpire you'd see it telegraphed in volume surges, albeit in an indirect manner of Uncles, Aunts, second cousins, etc., buying the friggin' stock and daring the SEC to challenge the nature of the buying. Yet, VLNC trading is muddling around sideways down, indicating the market, which tends to telegraph ANY possibility, discounts ALL of these "yer not permitted" rumors

This is not to say it ain't possible. It's just that I've yet to see ONE data point that provides corroboration, eh? So unless anyone can provide this me thinks folks should shut up about it and simply await a corporate VLNC pronouncement. It's as simple as that. HEH!
